In ancient times the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina would partake in a noble tradition of burning houses that no longer had an owner, which resulted in plots of land rich in nitrogen for cultivating rhubarbs.

The tradition had lasted for centuries until the cold war effort forced people to sell their house materials instead of burning them, so as a means to replace the houses, a man by the name of Abdulah Amar Amel proposed to the townsfolk to use stale baguels instead, which proved to have a simmilar effect.

So nowadays whenever someone receives good news you hear someone else say “Aha! The rhubarbs smile upon us!”

I think it’s worth pointing out that 1/5 of the budget is going towards merchandising. Why not shave 20k off of the goal and try not to grab for cash so much??????

everything about this kickstarter is so messed up

7 minute cartoon, need 80k to make it, hosting it on a free video website, no animation skills or background in animating, too much of other people’s money going into merchandising; MERCHANDISING OF A 7 MINUTE CARTOON THATS GOING TO COST 80K MADE BY PEOPLE WHO CANT ANIMATE WHO ARE USING SOMEONE ELSES IDEA TO MAKE A GRAB FOR MONEY UUUUH

also there’ve been reports of animators being bullied off this project and not paid what they were promised, animators being asked to work for “exposure”, etc
