SEGA have officially announced that Sonic Boom (working title), teased by Polsky earlier this year, will be released in late 2014 in the US and France, and is up for 52 eleven-minute episodes (one full season of 26 half-hour episodes).

The series will be animated in 3DCGI and as you can see, everyone has been redesigned.

Time will tell if Bean the Dynamite shows up, but he would be enjoyed by all.

Ooh… I actually really like the look of those silhouettes!
