I’m feeling so happy! I’m actually 100% proud with Jorge and Guillermo.
This day of the dead is special this year of 2014 and for all of us book of life fans. Because the book of life truly became a #1 in the box office. $50 million dollars have finally made it! :”)
This means so much to me, since I come from a Mexican family, it really gets me emotional in how much this movie means to jorge. He had this amazing story in his mind for 14 years and 5 years working in progress by the help of reel fx studios and it truly was worth it. His journey in making this movie may was long but it was still worth it. this actually gives me tears of joy. I am extremely proud in Jorge r Gutierrez and also proud with all the people who helped Jorge make his dream a reality.
Jorge is a man who inspires me to never stop drawing. And its all thanks to his animated series el tigre. If it never aired in 2007, I don’t know what I wanted to do.
Because of him, I enjoy drawing every time. Creating my own stories and making fanart of my favorite movies and shows.

So its all thanks to Jorge r. Guttierez, for making the book of life for this day of the dead. A movie filled with comedy, action, fantasy, and with moments that gives you tears with the strong messages of love, friendship and family. :”“”)
