Imagine a story about a sleepy little town in the Pacific Northwest… with nothing unusual about it. Nothing outside of ordinary small town weirdness, anyway. Zero supernatural creatures or portals to other worlds or the end of the world or any shit like that. I know it’s hard to imagine such a setting, but like, just try to wrap your mind around the concept.

You know what absolutely boggles my mind? That healthy people exist. Genuinely healthy people. No mental illness, no physical illness, no chronic illness. Just healthy. What a life that must be.
