What’s the difference?
Jam is made of whole fruit cut into pieces or crushed then heated with water and sugar to activate its pectin before bottlin it into a jar.
Jelly has an additional step of filtering out the fruit pulp after the initial heating, so basically the difference is Jam has chunks and jelly doesn’t.
