I for one know the Dutch from the combined efforts of south Koreans and Canadians making an animated cartoon thing with blurred lines on political correctness :Y

Tulips, dykes, those white hat things, pancakes, windmills, Vincent van Gogh, Vincent van Gogh’s ear, hippies…

Is that really everything our country is? I live in a city. We got buildings and shit here. No windmills or dykes in sight. I can see how other countries think this is all we have, but… eh. Personally, I simply don’t live in the areas this video represents.

Also, if you talk about Vincent van Gogh here and mention his ear, nobody will have any idea what you’re talking about. I don’t know how he became famous for that, whenever he’s mentioned in foreign stuff they always seem to talk about his ear, but very few people here even know that happened.

The rivalry with the Belgians was a nice touch, though.
