Sometimes when the mother does a lot of physical work the baby will be shaken as it floats around and change positions as it grows (obviously not once it’s fully grown).
If it stops at an awkward pose like this due to the size no longer allowing a change of pose, natural birth won’t be viable. It’s higlhy likely this is what killed them, see -.-
