Brotherhood is the only version that matters

Wrong sir. Wrong. Both versions are good, and you should watch the original first. There is a ton of filler in the original, but it’s good filler still and on the whole the series is still quite enjoyable. Then watch Brotherhood afterwards, and since it has removed all the filler, the first few episodes covers like the first Half of the original series for a quick recap, and then it’s on to new material.
