I know its really scary news. Its easy to think its all over but thankfully we do have processes in place to prevent this sort of thing from happening.

Remember though, we’ve got 83% of voters against this. Congress people have voicemails FULL of people demanding them to fight for Net Neutrality. There are at least 30 people/organizations on standby to SUE the FCC and this decision. So its not like we’re on a losing side here. The FCC made a decision that was in their power but now they have to fight the rest of the nation.

Dont panic. You are not going to lose your friends, you’re not going to lose anything on the internet right now. So take a deep breath, treat yourself to something that makes you happy today, chat with friends, and remember to just keep calling your representatives, send them letters, and if you can, go to council meetings! 

We will be okay people. These are scary times but we have one another’s backs and we can and will pull through.
