vaska00762: In Spain there's a thing called "café para todos" both a thing where cafés at peak times gave out coffee for all customers, as well as post-Franco federalisation of Spain. Is this a thing where you are, or Spain being weird again?

I mean, I’m sure every democratic country celebrates their freedom from a Spanish government  in some way… but every day for the last 40 years?
