nothings fucked me up quite like finding out spongebob is canonically 30 years old

depends on if you’re in the time skip arc yet or not. slight spoilers, the eclipse bikini bottom arc is actually 2 years after the golden age arc so spongebob is currently almost 33 after the death of patrick and the events that involved mr krabbs and his ascension. 

is that before or after they rescued griffith after his 1 year torture

in english griffith is translated to squidward. so yes, this is after squidward’s 1 year torture.
