For me the Fate/Stay Night series started pretty ok, cuz I was introduced to it with the anime and a reincarnated hot battlechick living with a guy and his not-harem was pretty easy to follow. Then the action kicked in and i was like “yooo…” then the timeline bullshit  made me just “dude, I need a guide for all this shit” so I went and researched about the source material and was like “yooooo… defuc is a visual novel?… PS2–WHAT, SINCE WHEN DOES ANIME NOT COME FROM MANGO??” then Carnival Phantasm happened and I just “the fuc is all this shit?? why’s this thing gotta be so fuckin extra???” then the derivative lolifest idfk what’s it even named, the one with the small girl and “COME THE FUCK ON WH AT IS HAPPENING THIS IS NOT HOW DRAGONSBALL WENT I JUST WANT COOL STORIES WITH COOL FIGHTS”

And that’s when I figured anime had changed, and how I realized anime was a mistake so I just fuckin gave up on all that noise for a whilever - _-
