ok so thanks to a friend i cannot stop thinking of the possibility of mexicans in the pokémon world, there are already heavy references from other countries so why not?

mexican nate is something i can see. perhaps for the unclear ethnicity for all pokémon protagonists, or just his strange choose in clothing.

nate knowing spanish would be a nice surprise? i'm not into 5th gen things but the image of these two finding a mexican food place just for their mexican friend is cute. shoot me.
