Just add Kosher salt and spices to your beef, Worcestershire or some other soy-based sauce, or any sauce that has the same consistency, hell you can put some beer or other alcohol if you want too. Then mix it all up.
Then one egg and mix again, let it sit in the fridge for like an hour and then take it out to make the patties. That’s one egg for every pound of beef you’re using.
