Maybe. Caramelized. Or the purple ones, but in like minced very fine. I can’t stand the crunch, it activates some primal repulsive response in me that no one understands - _-

That’s more of a “crisp.”

But I just don’t like raw onions. The acid messes with my system. Cook them in any way and they’re good.
