Ghosts have lost every ounce of humanity in them.
Ghosts are no longer humans.
Cyberghosts are ghosts who cannot face the fact they lost their human body, so they replace them with robot bodies.
Cyberghosts are no longer humans.

The Cyborg Sex Conundrum says cyborgs are humans.
Cyberghosts are NOT human.
The Cyborg Sex Conundrum says cyborgs are for sexual.
Cyberghosts are NOT for sexual.
