Personally, I agree that Rarity is the best of the Mane 6, being generous, fashionable, confident in herself, and magical. As for how to rank the others, I suppose book horse can be second, party horse can be third, and the other three are tied for fourth with an advantage to whoever had the funnier moments in the most recent episodes.
