Just to let you know… there is a webcomic called OnePunch Man and the art began like this.

But because the story was hilarious and well written an OFFICIAL artist (Yusuke Murata) redrew so it looked like this.

Well you thought it couldn’t get better right?  Well this happened.

Yep.  It became an anime.

Remember, good plot is a million times more important than good art.  If you’re worried that no one would read your comic, don’t worry as long as you think your story and characters are good.  The memorable characters are the interesting ones… not the pretty ones.

I don’t know… This is cool and all but I feel like I’m missing something when it comes to considering this as inspirational. The idea of a “better” artist taking my work from me kinda sounds like a nightmare, personally…

My thoughts exactly!

The entertainment industry is always teamwork oriented, if art is not your strong point they will find someone who can do it, but the story and original concepts is still yours.

Never be jealous of your works. Fears like these won’t let you prosper. Letting others help so you can offer the best product you can is what you should always aim for. A  product that makes your audience happy.
