I changed the canon since this post so while there’s still a continuous stream of electricity, the minimum is light slightly tingly to the touch while if she puts in effort it’d probably be very dangerous I guess.

I’m not entirely sure how electricity works under water though.

Not entirely sure myself, but given Electric Eels and Rays, I’d say it’s still rather effective.

It depends on them electrolytes thingies. H2O by itself isn’t a conductor. I don’t recommend Energy swimming in a pool full of people and chlorine -.-

I remember writing a thing once.
From before the time of doodles.
Got noticed by a whole whooping 6 people and all of them praised it.
Personally I was like “meh” and deleted it after like, 5 months -.-
