No it isn’t, the future segment of Back to the Future Part II takes place on October 21, 2015 - 30 years in the future, just like he goes back 30 years to 1955 in the first movie.

I remember them doing this for 2012.

What idiots don’t realize is that this is taken from the first movie, where Doc had originally planned to go forward, but then introduced the date of 1955 when he came up with the flux capacitor plans; when Marty then arrives to.

And even then, he wanted to fast forward a mere 25 years. It was Marty’s first travel that inspired the 30y standard for travels -.-
