Does this mean Gavin outranks Geoff now?
Technically speaking, yes. He oversees personality-driven content now, which Burnie mentions includes Achievement Hunter.
But I doubt he’d actually act as Geoff’s boss. Geoff is still the boss. Gavin is just the director, keeps the content going in the direction it needs to go.
