hang on lemme explain. minecraft doesn’t let you pick usernames with 2 characters. i mean like getting a super short username that’s also a canon character name would be super impressive on its own, but that’s not what this is about. you can’t GET a 2 or 1 character username. you can only get a username that is 1 or 2 characters long if you first bought minecraft during this specific timeframe during alpha in which you were allowed to set usernames that short until it was later patched out. after that point everyone was forced to pick a username 3-16 characters and it’s been that way ever since.

so this person had the luck to snag this super short username years before nier automata even existed and then all these years later was like “wow my username is the character from this game” and made their skin 2b.
