I’ve noticed dating sims always feature a trope of “highschooler at highschool” with varying gimmicks that range from Academic Pocket Monster Cockfighting to Schools for the Disabled, Pigeons and even Fox Spirits; and I gotta know where all the “young adult dealing with the horrors of their uncertain millenial futures” games are? Like what the hell?? Adults go on dates too mannn, and we need relatable characters holding our hands to walk us thru all the common social awkwardness scenarios. But most importantly, charas who are our age mannn - A-

Come on, give me something I can admit to jackin it during family reunions - A-

I think Mighty No 9 settled this generation’s shitty console wars by proving that the Wii U has an internal quality control

I heard the game crashed WiiU’s?

exactly, the system took drastic measures to make sure you don’t play that piece of shit

A complete sweetheart, Gertrude cares deeply for the other orphans, and tends to them in times of widespread illness, which she suspiciously seems to avoid every single time one way or the other.

She’s conscious about looks and makes sure to look her best on special occasions, but usually sports a casual style around the orphanage, with just a few touches to keep her appearance on point. Aside from that, she plays a few wind instruments proficiently and enjoys playing them for the orphans and staff members during some nightly gatherings.

She spends her time mostly with the older orphans, such as Robert, Alice and Howard, but also lets Jocelyn tag along.

Think twice before opening the door when you’ve been warned.

A coat that came to life? Nonsense, this mysterious creature is but a monster that has managed to completely mimic the appearance of a winter  wardrobe.

Its full capabilities aren’t completely understood, and only a few daring souls have ventured to try wearing it, proving that it is posible, but also proving why it would be a bad idea. Now, confined to an isolated area, imprisoned within a fitting cage, the monster resides in complete darkness. Waiting.

A total sports buff, and an assertive older orphan who has earned his place as the “big bro” of the house, Howard finds joy in knowing that he’s admired by the rest of the orphans, as well as the respect his actions and accomplishments have gotten him.

But he has his weak points, namely how he tends to force things upon others, since he has no tact and tends to push them beyond a reasonable limit.

He likes to be around Alice, Cameron and to pester Melville from time to time, and recently has developed somewhat of a crush on Gertrude.

A little piece of heavenly, Emily’s an energetic girl with a persuasion that can convince almost anyone to do what she wants, and she uses this skill to make sure her friends do what she finds is best for them.

A fan of horror flicks, the supernatural and just about the generally disquieting, she finds it fun to solve mysteries and is eager to take on them at any time they show up.

She prefers to spend her time around Rosemary, Irene, Jocelyn, Melville, and the most recent addition to Stonewell’s: Phil.

The nerd of the bunch, Irene spends days on end discussing fan theories and headcanons with her online friends, making her an outcast among the orphans, who would rather spend their time doing other stuff rather than having to go through 2,000 pages-long stories that only get interesting after the first three volumes, or that go downhill after the second season, or that simply are too extended to know where to even start.

This geek has managed to get some of them involved though, and you can find her hanging around watching shows and movies or playing games with Cameron and Emily, reading comics with Melville, or smugly teasing the closet geek among them.
