The worst notice we have seen this month There is a reason false small caps should not be used. Notice how the caps are heavier than the fake small caps here. A real small cap typeface would compensate for this, and the punctuation would also not look so heavy. In addition, there is a very inconsistent use here of the actual caps. There is a lack of kerning, particularly noticeable in private in the first line. The fill stop in the second sentence also appears to be in the roman weight, but the rest is bold.
   There are too many issues with this notice and the Font Police is issuing charges.
